Y'all I've been teasing this for a few weeks but we're into SPRING CROPS!!!!! If you cannot tell by the amount of exclamation points, I am just a little bit excited. And, that also means we're in bonus veg season AKA tops of radish/carrots/beets and others! One of the best ways to use them quickly is to turn them into Pestos, chopped into salads, sautéed, and many more ways! Make us proud and use all your veggies :) Additionally, for longer storage of the veggie in question, cut the greens as soon as you get them and store separately.
