Orecchiette With Sausage and Broccoli Rabe - Rabe and sausage are best friends. This buddy film of a dish is one of our favorites. (Toss in some cherry tomatoes? Okay.) We also do a mashup of this and the classic Philly roast pork sandwich as a topping for Sicilian pizza. 🤤

Sausage and Fish One-Pot - Sausage is amazing. It's its own thing but also a stellar ingredient that adds a ton of flavor to other dishes. This with some crusty bread. Uh-huh.

Sweet Potato Sausage Breakfast Hash - This recipe uses kale but you could absolutely sub with some of the beautiful chard from Dandelion Spring. Also, replace the breakfast sausage with bacon/just about any other sausage/ground meat and you could serve this for dinner.

Pesto, Sausage, and Tomato Pizza - I can't leave the pesto alone. For those of you getting the pizza dough, it'll be frozen so I'm going to quote myself from a handful of weeks back: "For the dough, defrost overnight in the fridge and then a few hours before you plan to shape it, let it rise, covered, on your counter. It'll be way easier to work with."

Sheet Pan Sausage and Veggies - Use any sausage and any veg (just be mindful of the cook time on whatever veg you're using and cut to an appropriate size to accommodate).

Sausage & Mozzarella Pizza - Sure, Super Bowl Sunday is a good excuse, but there're kinda no bad excuses for pulling the trigger on pizza night.
