Pesto, Sausage, and Tomato Pizza - I can't leave the pesto alone. For those of you getting the pizza dough, it'll be frozen so I'm going to quote myself from a handful of weeks back: "For the dough, defrost overnight in the fridge and then a few hours before you plan to shape it, let it rise, covered, on your counter. It'll be way easier to work with."
