- Watermelon radishes are an heirloom variety of daikon and can be used in all the same ways. This recipe is quick and easy and would be a great side to pan seared cod.
You'll thank yourself later if you pickle your radishes! Add them to a grain bowl, salad, sammy, or just about anything to brighten any meal! Or to a pita pocket with other veggie? And could we take a second to talk about arguably my favorite vegetable to pickle, CARROTS!
