This week we have tahini from Medford based Just Us Foods for your shares and boy oh boy is it amazing.

Tahini is a rich savory spread made from ground up toasted sesame seeds and is a staple in Mediterranean cuisine.  And for the word nerds in the room (hello, fellow travelers) the word tahini comes from modern Greek word takhini, based on Arabic ṭaḥana "to crush", which coincidentally is the name of Joe's next band. There are few things I day dream of more than a perfect buffalo chicken dip. Buff dip, puppies and toppling the New World Order. That's about 98% of it. 

That said, our Super Bowl Snacks site is LIVE! We have the dip, chili, Mei Mei cheeseburger dumplings, smoked meats from the Rusty Can `and more. We don't sell the sweatpants or the group of 6 folks to come over and eat it all but I wish we did.
