This week we have beautiful bunches of arugula from our friends at Clark Farm. These bunches pack a zesty peppery bite that will add a zing to any salad, pasta or egg dish. (More frittata please!) For a few ideas we are turning to the foodie wizards at the KITCHN. We would love to know what you make!

For my side I will be cranking out another batch of my favorite (and most controversial summer dish). Pasta salad with canned tuna, fistfuls of capers, and arugula doused in really good olive oil and a dusting of flaky Maldon Salt. 

Canned Tuna in pasta will have some folks running for the hills and screaming culinary heresy.  But trust me, put down the pitchforks, it's tasty as heck and lasts in the fridge for days.  Let us know if you give it a go!

Storage Tips - As we move through spring, a lot of the produce that's coming into season is more delicate than the parsnips and beets and potatoes we've been wading in. While picked at the height of freshness as close to when we're delivering as possible, the clock is still running. For instance, this week, most of you are getting strawberries (WOOO!!!) and a little TLC (or here) goes a long way. There's also always a Tips and Tricks link at the bottom of this recipe section with some, you guessed it, more tips and tricks.
 
Cooking Sausage - My absolute favorite way to cook sausage is to just cover with cold water (or other liquids with or without seasonings), bring to a simmer and cook gently for ~8 min. At this point, they're cooked through and all you need to do is get a quick sear in a skillet with a little oil or on the grill. Bam. You just sausaged like a pro.
 
Baked Flounder With Lemon and Butter - Delicate and little bit sweet, flounder is a total crowd pleaser. Baking is super easy. Grill or roast some asparagus and potatoes and you've got yourself dinner.
 
Stir-Fried Baby Bok Choy - Great with some stir fried tofu or other protein alongside some rice or as a side for...
 
...Pork Chops - This recipe uses a pretty simple and flavorful marinade of asian pantry staples but the world is your oyster pork chop.

Vietnamese-Inspired Caramel Bluefish - Freshness definitely helps but bluefish is undeniably fishy and, while that's what I love about it, some folks find it to be a bit too much. This recipe's sweet/spicy/gingery-ness balances that out wonderfully.

Bison Black Bean Chili - Bison is much leaner than beef but is still pretty darn flavorful. This chili sounds tasty, hearty and super healthy.
