This week we have a delightful little wink from your childhood in at Treat of the Week. Peanut Brittle from Two Fat Cats Bakery is a nod from simpler times when the Internet wasn't a thing, roller skates were, and you had permanent dental hardware that made you look like a deranged cartoon beaver (just me??). It feels somehow reminiscent and special. We hope you enjoy it.

Baked Wings - Love this recipe. The Mrs. does a version and it's nearly indiscernible from fried wings.
Swordfish with Root Vegetables & Warm Mustard Seed Vinaigrette - This sounds pretty amazing. Treat the rutabaga the same as the other root veg.
Thai Swordfish Salad in Lettuce Cups - One of my favorite things to do with Bibb lettuce is to use it to hoist flavorful chunks of protein into my mouth.
