This tallow is made by our friends at the Rusty Can from our beef from Cold Spring Ranch. Sully, the owner, smoked it down for days giving it an incredible richness and taste.
Using tallow a hot pan makes the most delicious potatoes imaginable and makes roast veggies something worth looking forward to. And I also won't apologize for mopping up the pan with some crusty bread to waste zero of that deliciousness.
