Delivered weekly to your home or office.
A typical Double Share includes:
- 7-9 Vegetables and Fruits (about a pint each; fruits subject to local seasonal availability)

3 Vegetarian Proteins (e.g., tofu, pierogi, tamales, empanadas, etc.)

3 Dairy or Eggs (e.g., about 1/4 lb cheese, 6 eggs, 12 oz yogurt, etc.)
- 2 Grains (e.g., a small loaf of bread, 1/2 lb pasta, etc.)
- 2 Special Treats
Your card will be charged on Monday every week.
We'll deliver on the following Saturday. (Or the Tuesday 8 days later if you're in the Metro Boston area.)
