Two requests!

We are taking a brief pause from our regularly scheduled completely unhinged content (sorry about last weeks email - that was nuts!) to come to you with two quick requests:

1. Please, pretty please return your bags and ice packs. We clean and sanitize them every week to try to be a low waste company. Key to that effort is getting those suckers back!

2. If you have a moment (like maybe right now?) would you consider writing a Google review for us? We've never really pushed this but after creepily stalking other companies online and going through their trash we're seeing it's a good idea. Free little nuggets of marketing are huge for small companies like ours.

So if you have a moment follow the link , click on "reviews" and "write a review" and let 'er rip.

(You can ignore the review that gave us one star staying that "Family Dinner was the worst breakfast ever, there was a hair in my food and we were treated like dogs." First of all sir, wrong business. Second of all, my dog Frank was treated like the goddamn Queen she was.)

Please email us by Sunday evening if you'd like us to skip the order that is due to process on Monday! This would not be for the items listed above but for the following delivery. It really, REALLY helps us if you skip BEFORE orders process early Monday morning.

I'm traveling this week/month/year!

You can take us with you! Get in touch and we'll put together a custom package of goodies to keep you sated while you're enjoying the Cape or Bar Harbor. If you're expecting to be away for several weeks or months we can put your subscription on hold.

Send us an email with your name and we'll make a note to your account to substitute those items when they're a part of your share.

What do I do with these bags/ice packs?

Please leave them outside for our drivers to collect and return to home base. We'll get them cleaned up and back into rotation.

Roasted Chicken With Clementines and Arak - Every time we get chicken and fennel in shares, I think I post this recipe. It's just damn good and, with minimal effort, is elegant as heck.

Skate Meunière - Skate's one of this proteins that look funky enough to make folks scared. Understandable but sneak this in front of them and they'll almost certainly convert. And it's another dish that looks impressive but is pretty straightforward to prepare.

Crock-Pot Buffalo Chicken Dip - Yes please. We're a few weeks into the football season and it's MLB's post-season. Get your head in the game!
