We have long been Superfans of the Boston Renegades, the professional women's tackle football team. These women are pure grit, and pure inspiration. They also, no big deal, are four time National champions.

Their quarterback, Allison Cahill, is an uncontested GOAT of the sport and just happens to be a long-time Family Dinner customer, as are the incredible owners and managers of the team. Coincidence? I think not.

These superstars are taking on the Tampa Bay Inferno tomorrow at Harry Della Russo stadium in Revere, MA. We will be there and we want YOU to join us! Rigatoni With Asparagus, Peas, And Seared Scallops - If this doesn't scream summer, I don't know what does.

Mustard Sheet Pan Chicken - Could use just about any veg you've got kicking around. Just be sure to cut it into sizes that'll cook evenly alongside everything else or stagger when you throw them on the sheet tray.

Carrot Top Pesto - It's that time of year! Root veg tops are like bonus veg... Whip up some of this pesto and toss on some pasta, use to dip crudités or to coat some protein.

Rigatoni and Roasted Plum Tomato Marinara - Cook pasta. Dump in the delicious Roasted Plum Tomato Marinara that you've warmed up a 'lil bit. Bonus if you wanna sauté some mushrooms to toss in. Or some of the Spicy Fennel Sausage from Colvard & Co. Copious shavings of parm. The world is your dish-o-pasta.
