Good morning friends!

To all you pizza fanatics out there, this week is your week.

As an evangelical pizza fanatic I am thrilled about the basket of goodies Joe has gathered for you. Heirloom tomatoes, sweet local corn and basil are ready to make a holy union with pizza dough from A&J King and cozy up with the burrata in the role of Cheese of the Week.

The options are endless but I'll be tucking into this little gem; four cheese pizza with corn, basil and plenty of cracked pepper. Pair with with a quart or so of crisp white and a Negroni or three and you have yourself a date night.

And while Negroni are best enjoyed with excellent company, this pizza can be gobbled up solo while your old dog looks on lovingly hoping a crust or two falls to the floor.

Recipes

I gotta say, this week's shares doesn't really need recipes. We're in peak produce season and, as the mantra says, what grows together goes together. Throw in some suitable carbs like pizza dough, focaccia and pita chips and you can mix and match your way to a stellar meal without even turning on the stove or firing up the grill. And you won't even miss the meat. I assure you.

That said, let's talk about a couple recipes anyway:

Heirloom Caprese Salad - Skip the balsamic. Perfection.

Seared Bluefish with Charred Corn, Warm Tomato Salad - Ahhh... the divisive bluefish. I love it. Wife, who grew up in Winthrop can't shake the "bait fish" reputation. To me, it's pure summertime. Smoking is a great option for her but requires a bit more patience and equipment. Pairing with a super tasty salad as a distraction is a great idea.

Easy Grilled Pork Tenderloin - Quite the collection of proteins this week. And now that it's not 108º, grilling is much less of a sweat fest. And this is a great way to spend some time over the coals or burners. Will also be serving with that charred corn and tomato salad.
