Flounder with Panko: I think every time we have flounder, which i love because it cooks in zero time, I send out this recipe. I won't apologize for it - the recipe is just perfection. Enjoy!

Venison Tacos: The depth of flavor on meat is incredible. Hearty and earthy. Tacos, meatballs or stew. Take your pick.

Spicy Roasted Cabbage: a great way to use all your Napa all at once. If you don't have peppercorns, don't fear. Any of your favorite spice profiles will work here.

Bacon Wrapped Pork Tenderloin - Pork tenderloin is a dang lean cut of meat so it's pretty classic to wrap in bacon. This version is super straight forward which is great because it lets these amazing hunks of meat from Short Creek Farm really shine.

Sautéed Cipollini Onions - Very excited for these cipollini from Snell. They're so sweet you can serve as a side. Would be dang perfect for that pork tenderloin, in fact.

Aloo Gobi - So good. Make a crap ton and you'll thank yourself as you're gobbling leftovers throughout the week.
