Theses bone-in ribs are ready for a long slow cook in your pressure cooker or Dutch Oven. Super versatile and easy; serve them over pasta (pictured), polenta or a mashed potato dish. Don't throw that broth away in the end! It's liquid gold. Make risotto with it or serve as a consomme with tacos.
